Other Jurisdictions

There are many opinions about which domain to choose for your offshore company. To say domains are all the same would be incorrect; some require two directors and others only one, for example.  However, we find that most debates are centred around privacy, secrecy and security issues; a decision which, is not as critical as you may believe (See Privacy).

So why offer other jurisdictions?  The reasons can be numerous; for example, if you wish to trade onshore in a particular location, one could not base an IBC in that country.  Similarly, if you wish to develop property throughout the Caribbean, this may exclude many popular offshore jurisdictions.

Ultimately, one may specifically wish to live, for example, in the wonderful Palm Tiara Residence, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai or Palm Oceana, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.  If so, then one has that choice.
